Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat

GENERAL INFORMATION

Fiberglass chopped strand mat is a non-woven E- or C-glass fiberglass fabric manufactured by spreading continuous filament roving of 50mm in length randomly and uniformly in combination with polyester binder in power form (or other binder in emulsion form).

 

APPLICATION

Fiberglass chopped strand mat is mainly used in hand-gluing, compression molding, centrifugal casting, or mechanical forming of FRP winding processes. It can be widely used in automotive accessories, sanitary ware, chemical anti-corrosion pipelines, cooling towers, storage tanks, ships, building components, furniture and FRP products.
