Thermal Calendared Spunbond Nonwoven

GENERAL INFORMATION

Thermal Calendared Spunbond Nonwoven is usually produced with polyester (PET) or polypropylene (PP) granules. The raw material is spunbonded to get continuous filaments and then treated with thermal calendar technology. Based on the actual requirement, the calendar can be dotted or not dotted with smooth surface, in order to get different nonwoven appearance, either point-embossed or smooth. The final product can be glued or without glue, based on the stiffness requirement.

 

APPLICATION

Medical & Hygiene Products: Disposable surgical dressing, protective clothing, surgical drape, bandage, wound dressing, sickbed cover, mask, diaper, sanitary towel, etc.

Household Products: Wall cloth, table cloth, bedsheet, wipe cloth, etc.

Garment Products: Clothes liner, interlining, synthetic leather backing cloth, shoe liner material, etc.

Industrial Products: Automotive interior, Surfacing material, strengthen material for insulation products, filtration, nonwoven bag for cement, packaging material, sorbent mat, etc.

Agricultural Products: Crop protecting cloth, nursery cloth, irrigation cloth, insulation curtain, etc.
