Hot-Dip Aluzinc Steel Coil/Sheet

GENERAL INFORMATION

The hot-dip aluzinc steel coil/sheet is composed of aluminum-zinc alloy structure (55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon) solidified at 600 °C. The whole structure is formed by aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, an alloy material of quaternary crystal. Aluzinc coil/sheet is an important alloy material frequently used in daily life. It has many excellent performances, such as strong corrosion resistance, which is 3 times that of galvanized sheet; heat resistance; heat reflective; beautiful zinc spangle on the surface, and can be used as a building exterior cladding.

 

APPLICATION

Aluzinc coil/sheet is an important alloy material which is frequently used in daily buildings (roofs, walls, garages, soundproof walls, pipes and modular houses, etc.), automobiles （muffler, exhaust pipe, wiper attachment, fuel tank, truck box, etc.）, Home appliances (refrigerator backboard, gas stove, air conditioner, electronic microwave oven, LCD frame, CRT explosion-proof tape, LED backlight, electrical cabinet, etc.), agricultural (pig houses, chicken houses, granaries, greenhouse pipes, etc.) and others (heat insulation cover, heat exchanger, dryer, warm water, etc.)
