Cold Rolled Steel Coil/Sheet

GENERAL INFORMATION

The cold rolled steel coil is rolled and formed by hot rolled coils at room temperature below the recrystallization temperature, including plates and rolls. Since no heating is carried out during the production process, there are no defects such as pitting and iron oxide which are often caused by hot rolling, and the surface quality is good with high quality finish. Moreover, the dimensional accuracy of the cold rolled product is high, and after annealing and processing, the performance and structure of the product are superior to the hot-rolled steel, which can meet some special requirements, such as electromagnetic performance and deep-drawing performance.

 

APPLICATION

The cold rolled steel coils/sheets are used in a wide range of applications such as automotive manufacturing, electrical products, vehicles, aviation, precision instruments, and food cans, etc.
