
Modified Bitumen Membrane Production Line
GENERAL INFORMATION
The modified bitumen waterproofing membrane production line is mainly used for the production of the flexible bitumen membrane, which are made of polyester mat or glass fiber tissue, coated by bitumen on both sides, with SBS thermoplastic elastomer or polyolefin polymer APP (APAO) as modifier, and covered by a separator material.
MAIN FEATURES OF THE PLANT
1. Manufacturing Capacity:
Annually manufacturing 10,000,000 m2 of various types of modified bitumen waterproofing membrane, as per three shifts per day, 20 hours per working day, 300 days per year, calculated on basis of 3mm thick membrane.
2. Speed of the Production Line: 3~25m/min, adjustable. On the basis of producing 4 mm membrane.
3. Mechanical Speed: 35 m/min.
4. Voltage (according to the voltage in Customer’s country)
MEMBRANE TO BE PRODUCED
1. Base Materials:Polyester mat, Fiberglass tissue
2. Modified Materials:SBS, APP etc.
3. Surfacing:
a) Both sides PE film
b) One side PE/ pp/ HDPE film, the other side Mineral
4. Thickness: 1.2~5mm
5. Width of the Membrane: 1000 mm.
CONSUMPTION OF THE PLANT
1. Fuel Consumption: 200×104Kcal/h, thermal efficiency ≥73%.
2. Compressed Air Consumption: 1.6 m3/min, 0.7MPa
3. Capacity of the Whole Equipment: 700 KW
4. Water Usage: 200kg per day
5. Main Workshop: L70×W18×H7m
